What is the advantage of using a securely placed probe into the ear canal?
Proper probe placement and using a suitable ear tip size is an essential step for an accurate OAE test result, otherwise, the sensitive microphones will not be able to measure the soft sounds that are returning from the inner ear. An appropriate size of ear tip secures that the probe will remain in the ear canal without holding that would cause undesirable movements and noises. We offer the right ADI ear tip for every age.
